When is the deadline for returning the ASIC Form 362 to you?

In order to provide the best service possible in assisting you to complete your company’s ASIC annual review, our team must process your ASIC Form 362 at least 1 business day prior to the company’s annual review date (usually this is the anniversary on which the company was registered).

Therefore whilst we suggest that you return your completed and signed ASIC Form 362 back to us as soon as possible, the deadline for returning this document to us is 12pm on the business day prior to your annual review date. 

Any forms returned to us after this time risk not getting processed by our team.
