What is the process after I’ve submitted my company application?

Once you’ve submitted your company application, EasyCompanies transmits your application to ASIC for registration. If all information has been entered correctly, your company will be registered within 2-3 minutes and you will be emailed directly after with all of the company documentation. Please see here for a full list of company documentation that will be emailed to you upon registration of the company. 

If there is an issue with some of the information in your application or an unusual word used in the company name, the application may get rejected or marked for manual review. If it does you will be emailed straight away, and can go back into the application to edit or update the details and then resubmit.
