What is LiveChat?
LiveChat is a great feature we use to communicate with customers via our website. During office hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm) we have staff available to answer your questions and assist with the application process on the LiveChat system.
LiveChat is not an automated, computerised exchange. Our staff are located in our Sydney office and are happy to assist with any queries you may have.
A great benefit of engaging with LiveChat is the ability of our staff to follow along with your application, constantly aware of the status of your form. It is essentially an expedited and more efficient version of email correspondence, offering the advantage of clear, written communication.
