What If I don’t return the ASIC Form 362 in time?

Not to worry! Whilst we won’t be able to assist you with completing your ASIC annual review, you’ll still be able to complete your annual secretarial requirements through ASIC directly. 

If you don’t already have an appointed registered ASIC Agent (This may be your accountant) for your company, it is likely that ASIC will issue your company’s annual statement in the mail.
