I’ve received an invoice with my annual review document package. Do I need to pay it in addition to the fee paid to EasyCompanies?
No! If you have opted for us to assist you in completing your company’s annual review there is NO NEED to pay the annual review fee shown on the ASIC invoice as we will remit this on your behalf. This is included in the fee you paid to us!
We provide the invoice from ASIC to you for your records only.
If your company has any late fees, penalties or other outstanding debt with ASIC, you will however be required to settle these with ASIC directly.
