Is it possible to change the name of my trust?

Yes, this is possible.

If the trust deed has not yet been executed, i.e. signed by the relevant parties, bank accounts have not been opened in the trust name and the trust has not yet applied for an ABN then we can amend the trust name for you and generate an updated trust deed.

If the trust has been executed then matters become much more complicated and the name may not be easily changed.
