If I don’t pay the ASIC annual review fee, what happens?

ASIC will impose late fees if the annual review fee is not paid on time.

As of the FY19-20 financial year, the current late fees are as follows:

  • Payment up to one month late – $80
  • Payment more than one month late – $333

If the company continues to refrain from paying the annual review fee, as well as any applicable late fees within 12 months of the due date, ASIC may proceed to deregister the company.
