Trusts
Need help setting up a trust? We've got you covered with range of tips for both discretionary and unit trusts.
I have just set up my trust and have made a mistake! Can I fix this?
We cannot make amendments to trusts once they have been executed or used in any way. This does mean that we can only make amendments to trusts after they have submitted in very exceptional circumstances.
We ask that you take extra care and caution when setting up your trust as amendments down the line must be done with a lawyer and can be expensive- this usually means consulting a professional advisor for the structure prior to creation.
If you need some extra advice before setting up your trust or do need amendments made you can get in touch with our friendly customer service staff who can put you in touch with one of our trusted partners to assist.
