How will I receive my ASIC Annual Statement?

If the company has an ASIC agent appointed (often your accountant), the statement will in most cases, be issued directly to them. If your ASIC agent does not contact you within a week of your annual review being due, and you do not receive anything in the mail from ASIC, you should contact your agent for further information prior to contacting ASIC.

If the company does not have an ASIC agent appointed, the annual statement will in most cases, be sent directly to your nominated address.

ASIC will issue annual statements to the following addresses (in order of priority):

  • The registered agent address (If one is appointed)
  • The company’s online account (If the company is registered for online access)
  • The company’s nominated mailing address, or
  • The company’s registered office address.

If you do not receive your annual statement within a week for your annual review date, please get in contact directly with ASIC on 1300 300 630
