How do I get an ASIC Corporate Key?

A corporate key is an 8-digit code that allows you to view your company records, update information, lodge forms for your company and receive annual statements online.

ASIC generates a corporate key for each company and posts this to the registered office address within 10 days of company registration.

If you don’t receive your corporate key within this time, you have three options:

• You can give ASIC a ring on 1300 300 630;
• Request a corporate key online
• Log in if you have an ASIC Connect Account, and request it.
