How do I change my company name?

The cost to change your company name is $403, so it is important you review the name and spelling before submitting your company to ASIC.

If you have already registered your company and need to change your name you will need to submit a Form 205A to ASIC. This can be done online, if you have an ASIC Officeholder account, or otherwise by mail.
