If you have inadvertently disabled our access to your Google Apps (Gsuite) account then you can follow the steps below to enable access once more:
1. Login to your Google Admin account
2. Select ‘company profile’
3. Click on ‘profile’
4. Ensure that you check the ‘reseller access’ box
5. Save the changes.
This google article also outlines these instructions. Please ensure that you do check the ‘reseller access’ box. We require it to be checked so that we can effectively manage your account, i.e. generate a subscription link, add and remove users etc.
