Does EasyCompanies need to become my registered ASIC agent to assist with completing the annual review?
Yes, in order to assist with completing your company’s annual review, we will need to become the company’s registered ASIC agent.
If you wish for us to assist you with completing the company’s ASIC annual review, you’ll need to sign an ASIC Form 362 to authorise us to become your agent. This form can be filled out easily through our simple online process, but it will need to be signed by a director or secretary of the company with a pen and returned to us via email.
Upon becoming your registered ASIC agent, we’ll always need your permission before we can make any lodgements or changes to your company details.
