Can I get an ABN if one of the associates is an international company?

You can, however because an international/foreign company is unlikely to have an ACN or TFN, the application will automatically be flagged for manual review by the ATO.

The ATO’s non-resident team has recently changed the requirement that an international company post a certified certificate of registration to their Hobart office.
